You can request permanent deletion of your account and all data tied to it at any time — whether or not you still have the app installed.

- Tap the button above (or email us directly) from the same email address your account uses, so we can verify it's really you.
- Include the line: "Please delete my account and all associated data."
- We process deletion requests within 7 days and will confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase account itself (email/password sign-in).
- Your synced progress: revised topics, mock-test history, profile fields, Premium/ad-unlock status.
- The name, phone number and email you gave in the required details step.
- Any posts you made in Doubts & Discussion, shown under your name.
What isn't affected
- Progress saved only locally on a device (via
localStorage) isn't touched by this — uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes that separately, on that device. - Anything already sent to our support Google Sheet during onboarding is deleted as part of the same request.
